Occupancy:
A maximum of 4 people including children.
Please note we do not consider that the house is suitable for infants as the bedrooms do not accomodate a travel cot.
Dogs: 1 small/medium dog by arrangement. Please inform us at the time of booking. Dogs are not permitted upstairs.

Arrival & Departure Times:
Arrival - 4.00 pm onwards
Departure - by 10.00 am
Rental Payment:
Deposit - 20% of the total holiday cost at the time of booking.
Balance - not less than 28 days before your arrival date.
Damage Deposit:
We are currently not requesting a damage deposit.
Cancellation Charges:
43 days or more prior to your Arrival Date - We will reimburse any monies paid less a deduction of £50 to cover our administration time and costs.
29 and 42 days prior to your Arrival Date - We will retain an amount equivalent to your rental deposit.
14 and 28 days prior to your Arrival Date - We will reimburse your damage deposit and 25% of your total holiday cost.
Less than 14 days prior to the commencement date of holiday - We will reimburse your damage deposit.
Payment Method:
We accept payment either through electronic banking or by cheque.
